Sambal Petis

Bahan :
10 biji boncis di iris , 4 sendok makan petis mentah
Bumbu :
3 biji bawang merah,minyak goreng
2 siung bawang putih , mentega
2 biji cabe merah di iris , 1 cangkir air panas 
1 potong laos ,2 lembar daun jeruk purut
1 potong sereh , 1 cangkir air asam , gula dan terasi
Cara memasaknya :
Semua bumbu di tumbuk halus kecuali daun salam . Daun jeruk purut ,petis,terasi , cabe , ini semua di goreng dengan mentega .Bila bawang hampir matang terasi di sedu dengan air panas, air asam.Semuanya di campur dan di goreng dengan bumbu . Baru masukan petisnya sampai hancur , terus masukan daun jeruk , daun salam dan sereh .Masukan lagi santan dan dan masaklah hingga keluar minyaknya.
